THE POSITIVES

We have been using an Excel spreadsheet with a "lookup function" alert us whether the golfer checking in is a guest or a member. We did not have any type of online tee time reservation system. After covid the number of golfers at our course increased by about 20%. The incoming telephone call volume for tee time reservations were out of control, and we needed some help. We found TeeWire on the internet and were interested. We set up a conference call and demo with Bay Paul. Then for about a month we tested, analyzed and experimented with TeeWire. Bay Paul was a great help with questions and training. We announced to our members and loyal guests that "online tee time reservations" was on the way. We launched TeeWire September 3, 2025. The first day our incoming phone calls were down about 40%. The online tee time reservations was a big hit with our customers. We are still in the "learning curve" area, but it's getting easier each day to navigate TeeWire. We like it and so do our customers.
