More about

TurfCaddie

Go To Website

TurfCaddie is golf course maintenance software built by a working golf course superintendent. It gives the maintenance department a live crew job board, spray and fertilizer records with printable compliance reports, chemical inventory, a built-in fertilizer calculator, water tracking against allocation caps, crew scheduling and time, inspections and equipment records in one system at one flat published price. Courses and golfers can write a TurfCaddie review using this SURVEY FORM.

Who TurfCaddie is for

TurfCaddie is built for superintendents, assistants and maintenance crews. It is not a tee sheet or a golfer-facing booking tool. TurfCaddie launched in fall 2026 and is onboarding its first facilities through a Founding 50 pilot group. GCTR does not yet have a course maintenance comparison, so TurfCaddie is listed as a vendor profile.

What TurfCaddie offers

  • Live crew job board. Daily jobs shown on the shop TV and on every crew member's phone, with one-tap job completion in the My Day view.
  • Application records and compliance. Spray and fertilizer application records with printable compliance reports, tied to chemical inventory and cost tracking.
  • Fertilizer calculator. Product rates, nutrients delivered and cost per pound of nutrient.
  • Water tracking. Water use tracked against the facility's own monthly and annual allocation caps.
  • AI invoice intake. Distributor invoices are read by AI and received into chemical inventory in one pass.
  • Crew and equipment. Crew scheduling, time and timesheets, digital inspections, and equipment records with maintenance history.

AI invoice intake

TurfCaddie's AI reads distributor invoices dropped into the app as a PDF or a photo of the paper copy. It pulls the supplier, invoice number and every product line with quantities and prices, matches the lines to the course's product library, and receives the delivery into chemical inventory in one pass for the superintendent to review.

Pricing

TurfCaddie publishes one flat price: $2,195 a year per facility, with every module and every user included. Facilities start with a 30-day pilot of the full platform. Nothing is due at the start, but a payment method is kept on file and the pilot converts to the annual plan on day 31 unless the facility cancels. There is no separate free trial.

What TurfCaddie does not say yet

TurfCaddie's listing request does not name customer courses, integrations with weather stations, soil sensors or irrigation systems, the platforms its apps run on, or language support. Treat those as questions to ask until TurfCaddie confirms them.

Questions to ask in a demo

  • Which courses run TurfCaddie today, and can we speak to a superintendent who uses it?
  • What happens at the end of the 30-day pilot, and how do we cancel if it is not a fit?
  • Do the application records and compliance reports meet our state's pesticide record-keeping rules?
  • Does water tracking pull from our irrigation system or meters, or is it entered by hand?
  • Is the crew app available in Spanish?
  • Can we export all records if we leave?
