More about

TourneyCommand

Go To Website

TourneyCommand is golf tournament software for charity and fundraising events, built in Milton, Ontario by Zedden I.T. An organizer answers a few questions about the event and gets a public tournament website with registration, teams, sponsors, donations, QR check-in, live scoring, live leaderboards and a big-screen results board. Payments go straight into the organizer's own Square account, and TourneyCommand charges one flat fee per tournament instead of a share of the money raised. It launched in Canada in 2026 and is adding indoor simulator events and winter leagues. Courses and golfers can write a TourneyCommand review using this SURVEY FORM.

Who TourneyCommand is for

TourneyCommand is aimed at the people who run golf outings: charity and community fundraisers, the courses that host them, and indoor golf venues and promoters running simulator events and leagues. It is not a tee sheet. GCTR lists it under Tournament Management alongside Golf Genius, BlueGolf, GolfStatus and Live Tourney. GCTR does not yet have a tournament comparison table, so TourneyCommand is listed as a vendor profile for now.

What TourneyCommand offers

  • Tournament website and registration. A branded event site built from the organizer's answers, with golfer and team registration and payment. TourneyCommand says a site can be ready in about ten minutes.
  • Fundraising tools. Online donations, sponsor recognition, raffles, 50/50 draws and on-course games such as mulligans and skins, with a running fundraising total.
  • Event day. QR check-in, live scoring, live leaderboards, messaging to golfers and "The Big Board", a full-screen display of results and money raised.
  • Indoor events and leagues. Simulator events with qualifying, cuts and brackets, bay-side scoring by staff from a phone, QR check-in across a season, and points that roll into season standings and an order of merit.

Payments and data

Golfer, sponsor and donor payments go directly to the organizer's own Square account, so TourneyCommand does not hold the funds. Card processing is charged by Square. Indoor entry fees can also be tracked when paid by Interac or cash. TourneyCommand says donor data is stored on Canadian infrastructure and support comes from a Canadian team.

Pricing

TourneyCommand publishes its prices in Canadian dollars. A golf tournament is a flat $1,250 per event with every feature included and 30 days of hosting after the event. It takes no percentage of money raised, no per-golfer fee and no fee to unlock features. Optional extras are longer hosting ($150 for 3 months, $250 for 6 months or $299 a year), an own domain ($300) and printed items at cost plus a margin. Indoor events start at $395 per event, with packages of 4, 10 and 20 events and an unlimited Venue plan at $6,950 a year.

What TourneyCommand does not say yet

TourneyCommand's public pages name two customer events, Team Garber Support Local in Milton, Ontario and NavaCup in the Greater Toronto Area, both returning for 2027. They do not name the simulators the indoor product works with, a handicap integration, a tee sheet integration or payment options other than Square. In a call with GCTR, founder Carl Zuzart said the indoor product works with GSPro, Trackman and Uneekor simulators and that charity events raise $4,000 to $5,000 more because of lower fees. GCTR has not verified those claims yet.

Questions to ask in a demo

  • Which simulators connect to indoor events, and is scoring pulled from the simulator or entered by staff?
  • Can we use a payment processor other than Square, and does it work in US dollars?
  • Which scoring formats and handicap services are supported?
  • Can a course run several outings from one account, and what does the course referral or volume pricing look like?
  • Who owns the golfer and donor data, and can we export it after the event?
