Quoted per club. Price depends on users, clubs, modules chosen and how much Ardn builds or runs for you. Membership Sales and the Members App are core; the tee sheet, POS, billing, accounting, website, events, HR, e-commerce and chatbot are add-ons.
Ardn runs Club Steward as a managed service with a US-based team. Demo and support requests get a reply within four business hours.
Club Steward is golf and country club management software from Ardn Cloud Solutions, an Orlando, Florida software company. It puts the tee sheet and carts, pro shop and outlet point of sale, membership sales and online join, dues and billing, accounting and a club-branded member app on one member record. Ardn builds and runs the software as a managed service for single clubs and multi-club groups. Courses and golfers can write a Club Steward review using this SURVEY FORM.
Club Steward is aimed at private and semi-private golf and country clubs, and at operators that run several clubs and want one set of member records with reports rolled up by club or region. It is newer than most club management systems listed on GCTR, so operator reviews will take time to build up.
Club Steward is priced as a flat fee per club, with each module priced individually and no per-seat charges. Ardn does not publish the figures and quotes each club.
Membership Sales and the club-branded Members App are core. Tee-Times, Point of Sale, e-Commerce, Subscription Billing and Dues, Events and Catering, Website and Marketing, HR, the Member Service chatbot and the Accounting Suite are add-ons that are switched on per club.
Each club uses its own card-processing account, chosen from Club Steward's integrated processors, so Club Steward is not the processor. Dues run on card or ACH autopay. Club Steward says it is PCI compliant, has an open API, and that each club owns its data, with CSV exports and scheduled data feeds. Members book tee times in the member app and portal; an embeddable booking widget for a club's own website is not available yet.
Club Steward does not yet name golf club customers, and says named references will follow as agreements close. It has not confirmed connections to third-party booking engines or marketplaces, contract terms, or whether the member app runs on iOS and Android. Treat those as questions to ask until Club Steward confirms them.
