GolfCore is club software that puts the tee sheet, the caddie program and the member app in one system. Staff assign caddies from tee times, caddies confirm by text, and golfers use the same app for course GPS and live scoring. It is published by Golfcore LLC and led by founder and CEO Peter Wang. Courses and golfers can write a GolfCore review using this SURVEY FORM.
Caddie operations are what set GolfCore apart from most tee sheets on GCTR. Each tee time carries its players and their caddies, the caddie gets a text to confirm, and the caddie yard can track arrivals and time on the job. GolfCore says the system has run the caddie program at The Institute Golf Club in Morgan Hill, California since 2023. GCTR does not yet have a caddie management comparison, so GolfCore appears on our Tee Sheets comparison.
Based on GolfCore's answers to our feature form:
GolfCore left several rows blank rather than guess, including squeeze-time allocation, ballots and lotteries, recurring leagues, waitlists, dynamic pricing, card on file, prepayment and third-party booking engine or distribution integrations. Treat those as open questions until GolfCore confirms them.
GolfCore lists ClubOffice at $200 a month or $2,000 a year for the club, plus tax. It says new subscribers pay $100 for the first month or $1,000 for the first year, then the regular rate, and that a free club trial is available.
Note: GolfCore golf course software is not related to the ProTee simulator software sold under the same name.
