About Fairway Rewards

Fairway Rewards is a loyalty program for golf courses, founded by Jordan Baker and based in Tampa, Florida. Golfers join by scanning a QR code at the course, then earn points on the money they spend there, including rounds, the grill and bar, and the golf shop. The company says the goal is to boost food and beverage sales and bring golfers back more often.

How it works

  • Join with a QR code. Golfers scan one code to sign up. There is no app download or card to hand out.
  • Points on every dollar. Golfers earn points toward rewards on what they spend at the course.
  • Course-set rewards. Operators choose the point thresholds and the rewards, such as range balls, a drink or a free nine, from a browser-based dashboard.
  • No hardware or integration. It runs in a web browser and works alongside any tee sheet or point of sale. The company says setup takes about ten minutes.

Pricing and support

Fairway Rewards costs $89 a month or $899 a year per facility, according to the company, with no per-golfer fee. It offers 24/7 tech support.

Who it is for

Fairway Rewards launched in September 2026 and is expanding across public courses in Florida first, then the rest of the United States.

What to ask in a demo

  • How do points get recorded when a golfer pays at the counter or the bar?
  • Can rewards be redeemed in the golf shop and the grill alike?
  • Who owns the golfer contact data the program collects, and can it be exported?
  • Can it connect to your email or text marketing?
